remember-yesterday

Synopsis:

Companion to the New York Times bestselling and award-winning novel, Forget Tomorrow.

Sixteen-year-old Jessa Stone is the most valuable citizen in Eden City. Her psychic abilities could lead to significant scientific discoveries, if only she’d let TechRA study her. But ten years ago, the scientists kidnapped and experimented on her, leading to severe ramifications for her sister, Callie. She’d much rather break into their labs and sabotage their research—starting with Tanner Callahan, budding scientist and the boy she loathes most at school.

The past isn’t what she assumed, though—and neither is Tanner. He’s not the arrogant jerk she thought he was. And his research opens the door to the possibility that Jessa can rectify a fatal mistake made ten years earlier. She’ll do anything to change the past and save her sister—even if it means teaming up with the enemy she swore to defeat.

  1. Seize today – yesterday’s memories will always be with you and they are fixed moments in time , tomorrow is an unknown except for one thing – what you do today will impact tomorrow – so today, this moment is truly the only moment that will be yours to control

  2. It’s ALL about seizing the day! The past is the past and we never know what the future holds for us, so you have to live in the moment. I totally live in the moment and enjoy my life to the FULLEST! I don’t have a bucket list because things most people have on theirs I’ve already done or seen. I enjoy LIFE!!!

  3. It is more important to seize the day. You can’t change the past, and the future isn’t here yet. A favorite Irish song states “The cares of tomorrow can wait till this day is done”.

  4. It’s more important to seize today. Forgetting the past means we don’t remember the lessons we learn, remembering yesterday means we get stuck in the past. Seize today and make the most of what you have!!

  5. I know I am not one of the winners, but I love these books and wanted to answer anyway. I think it is always better to remember yesterday, as history forgotten is doomed for repetition.
